Pest control services differ by whether you are solving an existing problem or preventing one, and whether you are a private customer or a business.

If there are already insects in your property and you need to act now — a one-off treatment. If the situation is acute and cannot wait — an urgent callout; we work weekends.

If the property is permanently exposed to risk — a food business, warehouse or hotel — regular preventive treatment with monitoring costs less in practice than repeated emergency callouts.

For businesses with several sites or specific requirements — pest control for businesses. For apartment blocks — servicing for property managers.

We cover Riga and the surrounding area. Properties further out we assess individually on enquiry.

What each service includes

• A one-off treatment covers the on-site assessment, identifying the species and source, choosing the method, the treatment, and instructions for preparation and aftercare. If the pest's biology requires a second visit, we agree that upfront.
• An emergency callout is the same work with priority scheduling. We reply within 5 minutes and offer the earliest possible slot, weekends included.
• Regular servicing covers a site survey, monitoring points placed to a plan, treatments and inspections to a schedule, recorded findings, and documentation you can show at an inspection.
• Servicing for property managers additionally covers coordinated treatment of several apartments, shared-area treatment and help with informing residents.
